What is ClientZone?
ClientZone is our secure document management system which allows us to share and store client documents, making them available to your client through our secure "client only" area. The benefits of using ClienzZone include:
- it makes documents available to you from anywhere at anytime via the internet
- it's much more secure than using email
- it allows us to share documents with large file sizes.
- it makes Neil Hooton far more accountable to his client, who can now see the work he does for his clients.
What would you use the DOCmanager function of ClientZone for?
There are many, many different uses of our DOCmanager. Our customers typically use it for:
- Storing and sharing annual accounts and tax returns
- Exchanging confidential documents and reports
